The former Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, Chairman and Adviser to Governor’s Simon Bako Lalong on Labour matters ,Comrade Jibrin Kamga Bancir has charged plateau State politicians to put aside their political differences or embark on constructive advice that can move the state forward.
Bancir who made this disclosure at the NUJ, Plateau State council on Wednesday said, constructive advice is very important to the development of democracy.
He said ,first and foremost the victory of Governor Simon Bako Lalong is where the people of Plateau State overwhelmingly voted him into power so because of the mass vote given by the electorate, he will use that mandate very well to bring in people oriented policy and programs that can impact positively to developments of our rural communities.
Comrade Bancir reiterated that the 2019 general elections has demonstrated that the challenges of malfunctioning , cards reader , box snatching, was reduce drastically ,adding, the election is far better than that of the 2015 because INEC arrived and accreditation commences earlier and only few card readers failed.
He noted that Nigerian voters were much more enlighten which reflected in the voting pattern when politicians think that they would use money for rigging the exercise yet people collected their money but voted for candidates of their choice.
Jibrin Bancir said that the process that led to reelection of Governor Simon Bako Lalong is miracle and it was the will of God because of so many sentiment were brought on board to help scuttle the plan of Lalong but you see with God intervention during the election came and gone including the rerun the aspect of criminality was also not there completely because it was reduce to barest minimum.
We are going to see Plateau moving forward and the citizens would benefit more in the area of human capital development and road construction.
He employed people to rally around and support the rescue ambassador leader to better the lives of Nigerian citizens in the aspect agriculture, education, healthcare delivery.
