National Chairman Council of Ulama of Jama’atu Izalatil Bid’ah Wa Ikamatis Sunnah (JIBWIS), Sheikh Sani Yahaya Jingir has admonished the newly constituted national and states leadership of the group to be; “sincere and Allah’s fearing.
“The cleric admonished the national and state executives at the end of the group 3-day working retreat held in Jos at the JIBWIS College for Islamic Studies.
He said the series of lectures at the retreat has strengthened knowledge on the executives and therefore they should be seen making good use of it by putting it into practice.”Sincerity and fear of Allah should be your guiding principles in the discharge of your duties as leaders in your respective positions,” he admonished.
The cleric also called on the new executives to always open their doors and ears for constructive observations from members of the organization.
“The burden of working hard to educate the youth and women is also a thing that you must pursue to inculcate in them good moral values,” he added.
Sheikh Jingir further called on them to be self reliance and engage themselves into farming and rearing of animals.
The cleric also appreciated the role been played by the media in educating and enlightening the people, stressed that; “the media should continue to partner in the education and enlightenment of the people.
“The retreat featured paper presentations on various skills and method of administrative work, from both the Islamic and circular points of view.
