The All Progressives Congress (APC) Aspirant in the 2021 Federal House of Representatives of Jos North/Bassa Federal Constituency, Alh.Abubakar Shuaibu Sadiq Alias (Plaza) has supplied water to the people of Kabong, Tudun wada Communities as part of Sallah gift to help cushion the current acute scarcity of drinking water.
Sadiq says the exercise is aimed at touching the lives of people facing the challenges of water supply in the state as residents of the Plateau State township and environs presently get less than 40 million liters of water daily.
The team led Check Momoh and Unana Jamaica to ensure that the vulnerable communities affected by the perennial water shortage get water to help their children and families.
According to him, water is a cardinal aspect of his manifesto and will continue to receive attention until residents get regular supply across the Jos North/Bassa in spite that he withdrew from the race after due consultation with stakeholders .
He said as part of the effort towards achieving the promise, Alh.Sadiq Plaza constructed numerous roads, palaces, boreholes, roofing, and building of public schools to ease.
“He is committed to better the well-being of communities as he promises, he also continues to use resources to address other challenges that affect the people.
“Alh.Abubakar concern is to improve human capital through the empowerment of women and youth in the state.
He noted that other programmes were in place to ensure that water reticulation to other communities in Plateau State where appealed to spirited individuals to emulate and ease the suffering of Nigerians..
Abubakar Sadiq stressed that he embarked on a community project to touch the lives and everyone who cannot afford to get water, as he celebrates Sallah with less privileged Nigerians including Kabong Police Divisional Headquarters get water supply.
