The Center for Christian political participation in Nigeria (CCPPN) national coordinator heartily and joyfully congratulates Alh. Inuwa Yahaya on his well deserved reelection as governor, Gombe State. In the same vein, the president and Secretary. Rev.Jibrin Nababa and Secretary , Mr. Gizo Ku’ulyidamsu full of gratitude to the people of the State for finding Inuwa Yahaya worthy of being entrusted with the task of continuing the task of revamping the State and returning same to its rightful place in the comity of states.The CCPPN leadership especially, salutes the support of the Christian community , for their massive support and resilience even in the face of intimidation and crude manipulation.
CCPPN has also congratulated the first and second runners up, as well as all other Candidates for making the contest interesting, noting that they were all involved in the contest to serve and protect the interest of Gombe state. Now that God has deemed it fit to re crown H,E Alh. Inuwa Yahaya with the mantle of leading Gombe State, they called on all other Candidates and indeed, all Gombe people across party, religious and ethnic divides to join hands with Gov. Inuwa Yahaya and move Gombe towards greatness.
CCPPN Leadership expresses confidence in the fact that H.E, Inuwa Yahaya knows that because much has been given him; much is expected of him and with the people’s prayers and support, will effectively lead the charge towards mending fences and building new bridges of positive and healthy relationships by dispensing justice to all and by giving what rightfully belongs to the people and handing it over to them for he believes that no matter the size of the challenges, as a people .
WE CAN CERTAINLY DO IT (Numbers 13:30). Indeed, THE TIME IS NOW to consolidate the Democratic dividends in Gombe State, keep the state on the path of glory.
