CAN Acknowledges Religious Genocide Against Christians In Northern Nigeria- Prophet Isa El-Buba

Renowned spiritual Evangelist of  Ebomi international worship centre, Prophet Isa El-Buba has said that, Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, accepted that there is religious genocide against Christian worshippers in Northern Nigeria, where our members are targeted by terrorist and bandit groups.

He warned  President Bola Ahmed Tinubu that the failure of his administration to invite the Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, National President over the killings of Christian worshippers in the Middle Belt, Northern parts is unacceptable by the body of Christ in Nigeria.

 He disclosed that Nigeria is bleeding and the church in Nigeria need to  rise up and  defend the  silent voices of communities massacred by terrorists , bandits groups targeting Christian faithful .

Speaking during the National Executive Council, NEC, of the Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, held at Crispan Hotel in Jos South LGA of Plateau State on Tuesday  .

El-Buba says that Nigeria is bleeding and the voice of the church remained silent on continue brutal murder of innocent people from  isolated settlements, predominantly worshippers of Jesus Christ .

We have  to speak  with one voice  on the genocide against  Christians is real and it must stop  in Nigeria ,”is this country not for all of us”?  Then, why are some groups saying that there is no genocide going on in Nigeria? When we are busy burying people every day massacred by terrorists and bandits including herders.

Elbuba lamented that, the leaders of Nigeria churches are demanding that federal government should  return all the communities vacated,or  wipeout from their  residents by these terrorists be restored back to original owners.

He stated that we cannot decide to preside over people who are slaughtered and matched by the enemies of our faith while our voices are weak to speak to the world about it.

Isa El-Buba advocated for national prayer to solicit the rapid response  against violence by documenting, monitoring all the numbers of deaths ,we demand justice for all the genocide against Christians in Northern Nigeria and military should undergo review to uproot the killing.

He stressed that the internal security mechanism has failed so CAN must engage the international support as he applauded President Donald Trump for beaming his searchlight in the way and manner Christian are being massacred.

El-Buba reiterated that the welfare of church is paramount now, it is time to empower churches and allow them to form their own vigilante watch to enhance  the security network of the communities as we begin the process of rebuilding communities that are attack multiple dead must come to an end.

According to him, the CAN reschedule national date for prayers in December, 2025 ,we need unity in the body of Christ .

Also speaking is the North Central zonal Chairman of CAN, Rev Samson Jonah expressed concerned about the challenges of insecurity denying citizens going to farm in some parts of Nigeria.

He emphasized that the church leadership need to mobilize awareness campaign to encourage cooperation and show of commitment seeing the declining leadership.

Jonah says, that CAN act with words of  God teaching  with modesty, humility and accountability through partnership with show of transparent focus to achieve meaningful relationship with one another.

He noted that during this mayhem the communities troupes to churches for safety reasons so church must collaborate to advance  his mission  believing in Jesus Christ.
