The New Executives of The BYO

Due to the prevailing circumstances within the fold of the Buhari Youth Organization, the organization today in line with the provisions of the constitution of the BYO, the organization’s highest decision making body, which is the National Executive Council convened a meeting today in Abuja whereby a vote of no confidence was passed on the entire National Executives of the Buhari Youth Organisation led by Prince Umar Mohammed.

Arising from a National Executive Council meeting held in Abuja today, the congress of the organisation issued a communiqués which was signed by Engr. Garba A. Umar the new National Secretary of the BYO and resolved among other things that; “ Following a constitutional act and necessitating reasons, an overwhelming “VOTE OF NO CONFIDENCE” is passed on the entire National Executive Council of the Buhari Youth Organization led by Prince Umar Mohammed and the entire congress had resolved to dissolve the National Executive Council.”

Moreover, the communiqué stated further that; “The congress had also unanimously nominated and ratified the appointment of Alhaji Ibrahim Khalil Aminu as the current substantive National President of the Buhari Youth Organization with Mrs. Lucy Ajayi as Deputy National President and Engineer Garba A. Umar as National Secretary of the Buhari Youth Organization respectively.

That all other National offices of the Buhari Youth Organization shall be duly ratified with various occupying officers in due course by the substantive leadership as mentioned in 2 above within 7 days of this communication.”

According to the Buhari Youth Organization in the communiqué stated that it; “hereby enjoin the general public, all relevant public and corporate agencies, individuals, political associations, security agencies and whomever it may concern to identify the above offices and officers as ratified today by the BYO congress as the bona fide leaders of the organization and desist forthwith from dealing, transacting and or engaging in any business or communications with the former leadership as headed by Prince Umar Mohammed.”

The Organisation went further in the communiqué to state; “That any person or body mentioned above who contravenes the caution stated above by dealing, transacting or even engaging in any business(s) or communications with former leadership headed by Prince Umar Mohammed does so at his/her or their own risks and may not hold BYO liable of any responsibilities arising thereof.”

Meanwhile, the Organization hints that all further correspondences and communication on programs shall be relayed to the public by the newly appointed National Executives in due course.

This medium learnt that Prince Umar Mohammed led Executives may have been booted out of office due an allegations of gross misconduct and abuse of office.
