Buhari Sacks Sanusi Ado Bayero As NPA Managing Director

President Muhammadu Buhari has terminated the appointment of the Managing Director of the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), Alhaji Sanusi Ado Bayero.

In a statement signed by Femi Adesina the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity stated that; “The termination of Alhaji Bayero’s appointment is with immediate effect.”

“He is to hand over the management of the NPA and all government property in his possession to Mr. Habibu Abdullahi who has been reinstated as Managing Director of the NPA by President Buhari,” the statement reads.

President Buhari wishes Alhaji Bayero well in his future endeavours.
