Buhari Re-affirms says he will not condone corruption By Kalshingi H Jedidah Gombe

The newly elected president of Nigeria, General Mohammad Buhari has again reaffirmed that his administration would not condone corruption which according to him had been responsible to the country’s stagnant growth. He said the All Progressive Congress APC is ready to bring about the desired change by ensuring it tackles all issues of unemployment with a view to build a strong economy and ensure rapid development in the country.
He stated this while speaking at palace of Emir of Gombe Alh Abubakar Shehu Abubakar when he paid a visit to the state. He expressed that, his administration is would invest massively in agriculture to provide massive employment particularly for the teaming youth.
According to him, the APC is concern over the country’s high level of unemployment, he said, it has become worrisome that the youth constitute over 60% of the country’s population, but laments that majority of them are currently unemployed.
He however, thanked all people in the state for massively voting for the APC at the presidential and National Assembly elections, saying his administration would reciprocate by bringing about dividend of democracy at the door steps of the people.
> The retired general who was in Gombe to felicitate with the people over the attack launched by Boko haram on elections day which claimed lives also called on the people to vote for the APC at all levels during governorship and State House of Assembly polls.
