Breaking: Security Personnel Invades Plateau Factional APC Secretariat, Pull Down Flags, Destroy Valuables

Tension and fears have gripped the All Progressives Congress, APC, of the Governor Simon Bako Lalong faction as on Monday morning security personnel invaded the factional; APC Secretariat pulled down flags destroyed properties as they drafted heavy presence of security personnel to the new office of  Hon Innocent Maimagani Zhattau.

However, it was alleged that the factional leader of Lalong’s faction created a scene by using the heavy presence of security personnel overrunning the Secretariat of the Hon Innocent’s faction.

Zhattau said, our headquarters was affected by a group of Security personnel at the Kalwa building in Jos South Local Government Council of Plateau State.

Speaking in a Telephone conversation on Monday morning Hon Innocent Zhattau told our medium that that security personnel was sighted pulling our party flag at about 8 am creating fears and tension to motorists plying the Jos -Bukuru road?

According to him, we hate impunity, imposition of unpopular candidates on the people of Plateau state where those who didn’t buy forms were gathered and pronounced as consensus candidates on Saturday.

We are the one legitimate member who has indicated interest to obtain nomination form and we participated by ensuring that the right thing is done to move our party forward.

The Governor ordered security personnel to forcefully close down our Secretariat and we are calling on the international community to come and see where Governor Simon is destroying the tenets of democracy in Nigeria
