Also impeached is the Majority leader of the House, Hon. Yunkwap of the House, representing Shendam Constituency.
As gathered the impeached Speaker who is representing Jos North West Constituency were impeached by vote of no confidence being passed on them.
The motion for the impeachment was moved, by Hon. Peter Gyendeng,who represents Barkin Ladi Constituency, a motion that was moved and was sanctioned by over 2/3 majority of the APC controlled House in the State.
The impeachment process which this medium learnt began since Monday saw Barr. Joshua Madaki of Jos East elected as the new Speaker while, Daniel Nanlong from Mikang Constituency also elected as Majority Leader.
