The Rivers State Police Command has confirmed the re-arrest of the fleeing suspected ritual killer, Ifeanyi Dike a student of University of Port-Harcourt, who allegedly raped and killed an eight year old girl in Rivers State.
Operatives of the Nigeria Police Force [NPF] have re-arrested Mr Ifeanyi Dike, the fleeing suspected ritual killer who allegedly raped and killed an 8-year-old girl in Rivers State.
According to the Rivers State Police Command the said Ifeanyi Dike is currently under secured arrest the State Police Commissioner, Zaki Ahmed, said that the suspect was nabbed in Jos, Plateau State.
He was arrested by men of Special Anti-Robbery Squad in the state early Friday hours.
The seemingly unrepentant Ifeanyi Dike was arrested after he broke into the home of a citizen and stabbed him during a robbery incident.
According to Elombah.com report, it was gathered that the Rivers Command is currently working with the Plateau State Counterpart to bring him back to Port Harcourt for prosecution.
It was gathered, however, that the Plateau Police Command might retain him until after prosecution of the current crime.
