A bomb explosion has hit Maiduguri the Borno State capital.
As learnt by this medium the improvised explosive Device, IED, exploded this morning just behind Maimalari Barracks in Maiduguri.
However, it is being suspected that the IED was planted by the Boko Haram insurgence.
There has not been any report if there were casualties, as details of the explosion still remains unclear
