Again Police officers on Monday stormed office of journalist Fejiro Oliver in Abuja, the Police officers who were masked and armed from the IGP squad came to his office in a black tinted hiace unmarked vehicles bearing heavy guns.
The Police who stormed the office around 8:45am on Monday came along with an envelope which they claimed that they have all Mr. Fejiro’s details as well as arrest warrant which they never showed to the estate security where his office is located.
Meanwhile, today Tuesday being 9th December, Fejiro Oliver was supposed to be in court answering charges before an Asaba magistrate court 2 and 3, but didn’t appear because of fear for his life and what may happen to him.
His lawyer who represented who went to the court and informed court 2 magistrate Mrs. Patricia that his client’s life is in danger as armed men are after his life, the magistrate refused to listen to the plea of the lawyer, but rather she issued a bench warrant against Fejiro Oliver.
However, in Court 3 led by Her Worship, Edith Nkechi Anumadu, he obliged Fejiro Oliver lawyer’s request where she stated that for the interest of justice and the security of the defendant Mr. Fejiro Oliver, that security should be provided for him to be in court on January 28th 2026 as declined to issue any bench warrant, despite the pressure from the state Attorney General represented by the Director of Public Prosecution who was in court.
Just like Fejiro Oliver sensed and feared for his life, in the court today, 5 policemen wearing mufti also invaded the court in what insiders disclosed was an assignment given to them to whisk Mr. Oliver away to unknown location but unfortunately for them, he was not court.
Also, it was gathered by this medium, that Mr Frerborn Eghagha who wrote the petition for against Fejiro Oliver on behalf of the state government, was seen as he led tens of thugs to the court premises today as well, even when he has no business being in court as the Governor’s case is before the Federal High Court, Asaba and not the magistrate court.
It would be recalled Police Officers last Thursday were at his office also while he was in Asaba for his court case, where he told the media that this action is a witch-hunt, and he fears for his life.
As it is now Mr. Fejiro Oliver’s life is serious danger, as he is currently in hiding.
