Aregbabuwo Visit On Osinbajo Is Not For Obas-Says–Council Of Northern Obas

Association of Yoruba Traditional council/Obas said visit of Ambassador Mohammed Arigbabuwo to Vice President Yemi Osinbajo claiming to be leader of council of Obas is not for Obas.

 

The Association made this known in their 17th quarterly meeting of the Nineteen Northern states and FCT Abuja.

 

 

In a communique issued at the end of their quarterly meetings attended by all Oba’s of the nineteen northern states sign by their secretary general Dr Alani Kolawale Adeyemi the Oba of Gumbi of Adamawa state and the Oba of Borno who is the chairman Alh Hassan Alao, said the personality is lived in Kaduna, and a politicians seeking a political relevance.

 

Arigbobuwa, is alone on the 5th of November visited Vice president and claimed to be the chairman of the council of Obas.

 

Said he is not known to the Association let alone being the chairman of Yoruba the Oba’s on the nineteenth state and FCT.

 

The release called on the Presidency, National Assembly and all the security agency of this country that should beware of the activities of this person. He is an Impostor and should be treated as such.

 

The call on their esteem royal fathers and their Majesties from south Western Yoruba States, parents and the general people of Oduduwa’s descent to beware of the activities of some fraudsters that are recounting youth of ages 15-25 years from Osun and Oyo states in particular to come to work, secure admission to institutions of higher learning or for empowerment in northern states to desist from embarking on the journey to any part of the northern Nigeria without proper arrangement.
