The Jigawa state chapter of the All Progressive Congress (APC) said it concluded all arrangements for the screening of delegates in the state.
The chairman of the party Alhaji Aminu Sani Gumel disclosed this while briefing newsmen on the level of screening process across the 27 Local Government Areas and the state capital Dutse of the state capital.
He explained that the party already has 13 delegates from each of the 27 local government councils who will participate in the party candidates’ elections.
“According to him, the election will be conducted under the supervision of Alhaji Ibrahim Ahmad as chairman of the electoral committee from Abuja.
When asked how many aspirants have purchased nomination forms from Jigawa, the party chairman, said ” actually I don’t know, I only know the number of aspirants for the State Assembly 104 as they purchased forms at the state party Secretariat.” He stated
