An All progressive Congress (APC) stalwart , Hon (chief) Amos Adamu Yat alias Maijama’a ikon Allah Bokkos urged politicians to see that unity of Plateau state is sacrosanct and is key to the development of the state .
Adamu-Yat gave this assurance interview with our correspondent at Bukuru Lowcost in Jos South local Government Area of plateau state.
He said the major area of achievement so far recorded by Lalong government is in the area of security of lives and property of citizenry in the last one an half year.
Governor Simon Lalong has to intensity more efforts to restore more confidence in all the look and crannies of the state to ensure that people promote mutual suspicion among them .
Adamu-Yat emphasized that era of saying Plateau is a civil service state is gone so everybody most our hands on desk toward diversification the agricultural economy .
He encouraged Lalong to improve IGR as well as harness the potentials sectors and create more employment opportunity to the jobless teeming youth in agriculture .
Adamu-Yat charged Lalong to intensify that the APC administration can’t have the same problem PDP experience in the past because the foundation was set on solid ground.
According to him , Plateau people should appreciate God as food basket of the nation were all type of food grow here due to the good weather.
Adamu-Yat advocates low price of fertilizer and government should make farming implement available through mechanics system in the state.
The stalwart encourages the youth to venture more in agriculture because of the revenue income generation.
