The plaintiff in his originating summons averred that the 1st defendant has falsely sworn to an affidavit wherein he stated that he has fulfilled the entire constitutional requirement for him to contest in the said primary election of the party.
Saleh, further alleged that the plaintiff did not fulfilled the required processes for him to be a card carrying member of the APC, as at the time of party registrations of its membership, adding that the plaintiff is still a member of the Labour party having him not declared on the floor of the house that he has decamped, while he is claiming to be a member of APC, thereby making him have dual membership of two parties.
