APC Aspirant In Jos Pledges Priority To Boost Education By Yakubu Busari,Jos ‪‬

An All Progressives Congress (APC), Gubernatorial hopeful in Plateau State Professor Emmanuel Garba, has pledged priority to  boost education, social economic and political empowerment of Plateau People.
Garba stated this at a joint inaugural meeting of the members of the “All Plateau Citizens, Multi purpose Cooperative Society Ltd.” ( APCMS),  in Jos yesterday .
He said the idea was conceived in order to ensure the success of creating job opportunities and human capital development of the state.
“All registered voters shall automatically, qualify to join the membership of APC, of the pet project,” he added.
Garba explained that he is in the race for Governorship of the State, for the purposes of reintegration and  together between the Christians, Muslims and traditional worshippers towards rebuilding  image and economic status of the state, consequent  upon protracted crises that have battered the state.
The Plateau state chapter of the People Democratic Party ,PDP , holds ward congresses a mixed irregularities across the 17 local Government Councils in the state.
Following the ordered by  the National Secretariat  of PDP  to conduct wards congresses ahead of Governorship , Presidential  and Parliamentary general elections in Nigeria many politicians in the country described the exercise as fraudulent in nature as the officials of the party hoard forms from delegates.

The state Zonal Chairman of  southern senatorial district , Alh. Saidu Musa  who supervised Wase Local Government Council described the wards congresses as victory for democracy because most of the candidates went on consensus .
