Anglican Bishop Commends Buhari For Taking Steps In Rebuilding Damaged Churches And Mosque

Bishop YolaThe Anglican Bishop of Yola , Marcus Anfani Ibrahim has commended President Mohammdu Buhari for the plan to rebuild burnt down Churches and Mosques coursed by the insurgents in the northeast.

The Bishop who made the commendation in Yola while speaking to newsmen at his home,  said the president deserve commendation from all well meaning Nigerians because of the colossal damage coursed by Boko Haram on public buildings, universities, hospitals, and the worst affected are churches and Mosques.

He stressed the visit of the vice president ,Prof. Yemi Osibanjo to Yola has gladdens the hearts of people of the state as he poured out good news of hope of rebuilding and making sure the attacks by insurgents is halt down, considering it to be “a good news to all people of Nigeria”.

” Boko Haram has dealt badly to the entire economy of north- east, a serious blow on the people of the region, leaving them homeless and hopeless, some in twenty years to come they might not recover from the grossing lost”. Anfani said

“The coming of the vice president was indeed a big hope for us in Adamawa, it shows Buhari is planning well to take care of us in this state as we are badly been dealt with by the insurgents”. He added

Commenting on his 50th anniversary as a priest, Bishop Marcus Anfani Ibrahim thanked God for given him the grace to continue with work he has been called to do, as there are plans to ordain many young pastor into the pastoral work of the Anglican Communion were they better contribute to the rapid spread of the church in northeast Nigeria.

According to him this will make young Nigerians to properly do the work of God not to be brain washed with vain doctrines like that of Boko Haram against the church and our country.
