AIG Mbu Decries Infrastructural Decay In Police Colleges, Barracks

The Commandant Police Staff College Jos, Plateau state, AIG Joseph Mbu has decried the level of infrastructural decay in Police Colleges and Barracks across the cross the country.

Addressing the senior executive graduating class of Assistant commissioners   of Police at the staff college on Friday in Jos, AIG Mbu tasks them to always be punctual and remains dedicated while discharging their official function.

He said, I intent to invite the contractor handling this contract of police staff college to come and explain himself further because soon there will be a review of the amount.

Mbu added that the college had been neglected for a very long time now and that renovation needs to commence so that there will be the rehabilitation of all the barracks.

He lamented that most of the staff working there are using their own money to feed themselves and the family before federal government sent its own.

Mbu urged the senior participants of the college   to ensure efficient and good conduct toward managing rising global insecurity.

He cautioned the graduates not to compromise their stand while dealing with criminal tendency.

According him ,”as senior officers don’t  allow  yourself to be intimidating by any session of the society but  to be bold and hard working with great sincerity that can  make your work easier”.
