The former Minister of Youth, Hon,Solomon Dalung, has described the new political platform, the African Democratic Congress, ADC, as a platform with a national outlook is the only first opposition political party that will remove the current President,Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and his party from steering the wheel of democracy in the country.
The former Minister and Chairman of the electoral committee started this during an interview with selected Journalists in Nasarawa State.
He confirmed that the primary election of the State was shifted to Saturday (today) due to the inability of electoral officers to return to the Secretariat on time to submit the results of the House of Assembly, House of Representatives, and Senate primaries.
He described the primaries of the ADC as the genuine primaries obtainable everywhere in the country,
“We recorded more success with mild challenges in the party primaries in the African Democratic Congress, DC.
While speaking at the meeting to present one consensus candidate, he said, from the indications, all the aspirants are qualified to represent their people.
“In short, we will commence our Governorship Primary election by tomorrow by 8:0 am, we will distribute materials, and the election will start by 9:00 am, “he explained.
He said the ADC is the only leading opposition with aspirants for the President down to the House of Assembly.
“ADC is not like the APC, which has only one person for the President”.
Our Party is too big for such drama called primaries.
Adding that consensus is achievable when aspirants agree, calling on the ADC supporters to vote out the ruling All Progressives Congress, He said, despite the antics of the APC, the ADC is waxing stronger
