Adamawa Central PDP Senatorial Aspirant Calls For More Support To Displaced Persons By Tom Garba,Yola
A Senatorial Aspirant from Adamawa Central Senatorial District, Engr. Omar Sulaiman is appealing to well meaning Nigerians , Non Governmental Organizations and Agencies to support to the Internally Displaced Persons Living in various across the North East Zone where insurgence attacks have been prevalent.
Engineer Sulaiman said that the call is necessary following the untold hardship they were subjected to and every well meaning individuals should be sympathetic to the poor living condition of the IDPs .
He also said that maintaining security of life and properties is not for government alone and there is a need for people to collectively support security operatives in stabilizing peace.
Sulaiman made the call shortly after having his successful screening of Senatorial seat carried out by the PDP Screening Committee From party’s National Headquarters Abuja held at Muna Hotel .
