2Baba Proposes To Edo Lawmaker, Natasha Osawaru (Video)

A viral video on Thursday captured the moment the singer asked the lawmaker to marry him amidst cheers and celebration.

In the video, the singer and the lawmaker were seen dancing together to the admiration of some of their friends.

2Baba later proceeded to present Osawaru with a ring after which they were locked in a long embrace.

This comes on the heels of his recent separation from his wife, Annie Idibia, with the singer now revealing his intention to take things further with Osawaru.

Rumors about their relationship had been circulating after 2Baba was spotted at the Edo State Assembly and a video surfaced showing the two together at a club in Lagos.

To address the growing speculation, 2Baba took to Instagram on Tuesday to clarify the situation.

In the video, he stated, “Allegedly, I’ve seen so many things, so many people spreading false narratives and malicious nonsense after I posted what I posted. Yes, I posted it.

“Hon. Natasha has been dragged through the mud, called all kinds of names, and unfairly labelled as a homewrecker.

“She’s a young, brilliant, amazing woman, and she had nothing to do with what’s happening between me and Annie in our marriage.

“Yes, I love her. She’s amazing, she’s cool, and I want to marry her.”
