2027: Ihedioha Sabotaging ADC Aspirants In Imo Who Are Supporting Peter Obi -Ohanaeze Youth
The Ohanaeze Youth Council (OYC), the apex sociocultural youth organization of the Igbo race worldwide, led by Comrade Igboayaka O. Igboayaka, has issued a warning to former Imo State Governor, Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha, to desist from undermining and sabotaging African Democratic Congress (ADC) aspirants who are loyal and supportive of Mr. Peter Obi’s presidential ambition.
In a press statement delivered to the pressmen in Owerri on Tuesday, 28th April 2026, Comrade Igboayaka O Igboayaka, the National President of Ohanaeze Youth Council (OYC), revealed that the council has uncovered an orchestrated conspiracy by Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha against other aspirants who are promoting Mr Peter Obi’s presidential project in the Imo State chapter of the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
The plots against Mr. Peter Obi in the African Democratic Congress (ADC) Imo State chapter has taken a new turn, as confidential information has revealed that severally one Senatorial aspirants in Imo secretly and openly opposed and challenged Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha for supporting former Vice President Atiku Abubakar to secure the African Democratic Congress (ADC) Presidential ticket.
Evidently, Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha has found it challenging to publicly support Atiku Abubarka, fearing backlash from Imolites, and has opted for a more strategic and chameleonistic tactic to gain support over unsuspecting Imolites to deceive them in his 2027 Gubernatorial ambition , Comrade Igboayaka O Igboayaka State.
Imperatively, there’s a heavy political crack in the African Democratic Congress(ADC) Imo state chapter between Atiku Abubarka Presidential supporters led by Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha and Mr. Peter Obi Presidential supporters led by one Senatorial aspirant in Imo State Comrade Igboayaka revealed.
The Senatorial aspirant in Imo that’s leading Peter Obi Presidential supporters have made a claim that the coalition should respect the rotation of the presidency between Southern Nigeria and Northern Nigeria and cede its presidential ticket to Southern Nigeria, particularly the Southeast. However, Atiku Abubakar’s presidential supporters, led by Rt. Hon Emeka Ihedioha, has dismissed Zoning of ADC presidential ticket and has begun mobilizing aspirations for Senate, House of Representatives, and State Houses of Assembly among those loyal to Atiku Abubakar to undermine those ADC aspirants loyal to Mr. Peter Obi Presidential bid.
Comrade Igboayaka has stated that if Emeka Ihedioha is not opposed to the 2027 Southeast presidential project, he should publicly declare his support within 24 hours by leading a campaign on national television, radio, and newspapers as a Chieftain of African Democratic Congress (ADC) to urge the party to cede its presidential ticket to the Southeast, and also cease from sabotaging other ADC aspirants in Imo State loyal to Mr. Peter Obi’s presidential bid.
