2023: Senator Haliru Welcomes Over 15, 000 Decampees To NNPP In Bauchi

Senator Haliru Dauda Jika representing Bauchi Central and the gubernatorial candidate of the New Nigerian People’s Party NNPP, Bauchi State welcomes over fifteen thousand decampees to NNPP in Bogoro, Dass, and Tafawa-Balewa Federal constituency.

Haliru Dauda Jika welcomes the defectors over the weekend at the party Secretariat, Bogoro local government area of Bauchi State, and said that the defectors are not from the same political parties but different parties.

The gubernatorial candidate after welcoming them, placed the red caps on their heads as an indication that they are now full members of the NNPP, urging the decampees to do the needful for the success of the NNPP In the forthcoming general election to come in 2023.

He further said that ” you cannot regret choosing NNPP to be your political party and you cannot also regret me being your Bauchi State governor if given the opportunity” Jika.

Added that ” we are strong, largest and there is no political party than the New Nigerian People’s Party” Jika.

In his part, the party chairman of Bogoro Mr. Habila Yakubu expressed happiness to the gubernatorial Candidate and said ‘ you are a father to many, promise to work with the decampees and mobilize the constituency electorates to the Candidate ahead of the forthcoming general election in 2023.

He added that ” we’ll work hard in order NNPP to take the mantle of power from the ruling People Democratic Party (PDP) in Bauchi State to come 2023.

Speaking on behalf of the decampees, Mr. Yawa Yusuf, said that ” we have left the leaf and catch the branch now”

He further said” We must work hard for the success of the New Nigerian People’s Party NNPP in our constituency, Bauchi State, and Nigeria as a whole,” said Yusuf.
