A former member of the House of Representatives for Jama’are/Itas Gadau Federal constituency, Hon. Sabo Usman Jama’are has urged the electorates to vote wisely to ensure that only credible leaders that understand the problems of the people of Bauchi State and Nigeria emerge victorious.
Honorable Jama’are who made the statement during an interview with our correspondent on Thursday at his Bauchi residence, enjoined the electorates to choose leaders that have the fear of God and can bring development for the overall interest of the society.
“I pray that God should direct us to elect leaders that will take us to the promised Land. It is about time Nigerians wake up from their slumber and elect people who come out genuinely to serve this country and salvage it from total collapse”, Hon Sabo said.
“The kind of leaders needed according to Honorable Jama’are are people with compassion and the ability to take the problems of the electorates as their own personal Problem in order to bring development and protection of life and properties.
The former lawmaker who also drummed support for the re-election bid of incumbent Governor Bala Mohammed, declared that ‘Bala remains the only solution to the yearnings and aspirations of the people of Bauchi state.
“One of the reasons why Bala will win the governorship election come 2023 is that there’s a construction of the road in the state that took the past administration consecutive four years without completing it, but when senator Bala came on board he finished the project in few months”, Hon Jama’are stated.
Jama’are added that Bala did not stop there, but also continue with the construction of roads from Bogoro – Lusa – Mallar – Boi and Tapshin all in Bogoro local government area of the state, then Kumbala, Kundak, Wurno, and Burga in Tafawa Balewa local government.
While in Bauchi metropolitan, after the finishing road construction of Sabon Kaura the community promised him not to bother going coming to their place for the campaign because all their votes will be for governor Bala.
“Before the first rainy season of every year, governor Bala will make sure that he provided enough farm inputs to the state farmers in order to boost the agricultural sector in the state and he has always directed the state fertilizer blending company to sell the commodity at a lower price that farmers can easily afford.
Governor Bala also comes with the Youth and Women empowerment program known as Kaura Economic Empowerment Project (KEEP), procuring hundreds of transportation vehicles and thousands of Tricycles which have been distributed to the twenty (20) local government areas of Bauchi State.
He added that when governor Bala was sworn in as the executive governor of Bauchi, the state government come up with an idea on how the state will get enough water to its citizens, then he collaborated with the World Bank, executed N20 billion water projects to boost water supply in Bauchi metropolis.
” Part of the projects was the distribution of a 150-kilometer pipeline within the Bauchi metropolitan, the laying of 1,000-millimetre diameter transmission mains from Gubi dam to Warinje reservoir and the construction of seven million-liter reservoirs at Buzaye Hill”
Jama’are encouraged some party members who are thinking of doing anti-party to stop and vote for the victory of governor Bala and the People Democratic party PDP.
He urges the good people of Bauchi State to extend their support to the 2023 General Elections, as he is optimistic that PDP will win the elections and form a government that will alleviate the suffering of Nigerians and improves their livelihood.
Jama’are added that “He wishes our state capital to have an urban look like that of Gombe State town which witnessed the development soon as they were liberated from us, and I assure the electorates that governor Bala has promised to provide skill acquisition centers in all the twenty 20 LGs in the state and participants would be provided with items free of charge after the training if return as the state governor.
The former House member who represented Jama’are and Itas Gadau Federal constituency urges the electorates in Bauchi State and Nigeria at large to be wise enough and voted out those political parties that force People into hardship, banditry, arm robbery, kidnapping, and other criminal groups and vote for the credible candidates that are governor Bala Mohammed Abdulkadir in the forthcoming general election to come in 2023.
