2023: Businessman Pledges More Dividends Of Democracy If Elected Lawmaker For Bogoro LGA

A contestant for the position of the House of Assembly for Bogoro local government area of Bauchi state, Honorable Philip Bulus has pledged if elected in 2023 provide his constituents with more dividend of Democracy.

 

Also known as Garkuwan Matasan Arewa, Hon Bulus made the pledge while speaking at the recent Za’ar annual cultural festival held in Tafawabalewa Local Government Area of Bauchi State.

 

The businessman who is based in Lagos while appreciating his kinsmen for giving him an invitation officially to participate in the annual cultural festival said he will deliver well if given the mandate to serve his people in the state assembly.

 

Philip said that as an influential businessman based in Lagos promise, he will work towards changing the structure of Bogoro and the living standard of his people if elected as a lawmaker in the state assembly.

 

While promising to focus on youth and women empowerment for self-reliance, the contestant lamented that those who have occupied the position have cared less to engage in community activities.

 

He said, when elected as a lawmaker, he will prioritize agriculture, considering the fact that the majority of the people of Bogoro are farmers.

 

“Because most of my people are farmers, I will provide them with fertilizer and some valuable items in order to boost their production capacity”, he said.

 

“As a businessman, I have been helping youth in terms of paying their school fees, settling of hospital bills, most especially orphans and vulnerable people for them to be self-reliant”, Hon Bulus said.

 

He commended Governor Bala Mohammed for executing laudable projects and programs across the state, expressing his total support to his administration, praying to God to help him succeed in his tenure.
