2023: Atiku Harps On Revamping The Economy, Security For A Better Nigeria

The Presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Abubakar Atiku, has harped on revamping the economy and addressing insecurity promising to restore peace in North-Central Nigeria states if elected into office in 2023.

He made the disclosure during his  Presidential Campaign at the Rwang Pam Township Stadium Jos, while addressing a mammoth crowd of supporters who have trooped in support Atiku/Okowa and Mutfwang/Piyo campaign organisations.

Atiku Abubakar  solicited for votes, as he pledged to reconstruct good roads infrastructure properly linking Plateau State to neighboring States  that were neglected, adding that the youth would be empowered through skills acquisition training and financial support to enable them to achieve their full potential

The National Chairman of the PDP, Iyorcha Ayu, thanked the people of Plateau State for the massive turnout to receive the Presidential candidate and his running mate showing an indication that PDP is coming back with a good livelihood and to effectively handling the security challenges in the country.

In a remarks, Chairman Campaign Council and the Executive Governor of Akwa-Ibom State, Emmanuel Udom said, ” PDP is coming back to make a better change in Plateau and the country at large.

He urged Nigerians to support and vote PDP into power in 2023  so as to re-unified the country which has been polarised.

The  PDP National Youth Leader, Suleiman Kediri, described Plateau people as consistent when it comes to politics and have an exceptional political calculation appealing to Atiku/Okowa to give youth the sixty percent recognition they had promised them when elected into office in 2023.

Earlier, while welcoming the Presidential candidate and his team, the Plateau State Chairman of the PDP, Chris Hassan, said, they have collapsed all the structures into one formidable force ready to deliver a mandate of over two million votes for the party.

Meanwhile, the PDP gubernatorial candidate in Plateau State, Caleb Mutfwang, described the massive turn out as a sign that people were prepared to fight against hunger, insecurity and poverty as well as  an indication of victory for the PDP at the national and state levels.

There were goodwill messages from Governor Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto State, Senator, representing Plateau Northern Senatorial zone, Sen. Istifanus D. Gyang, Beni Lar, Member House of Representative of Langtang North and South, Senator Dino Malaye, Amb. Yahaya Kwande and a host of others.
