2019 Victory Party For Ihedioha: PDP Owerri West, Nekede Ward 7 Projects Daddyboy Into Active Politics

In the glory of the continues mass jubilation in the lives of Imolites, especially the members of the Imo PDP for producing Rt.Hon.Emeka Nkem Ihedioha, as Governor-Elect from the outcome of the 2019 governorship polls held in the state, recently, the entire people (party faithful,lovers and supporters) Umuoma in Nekede Ward 7, on Saturday, March 30th, 2019, commended a very vibrant youth, Hon.Comr.Uchenna Mezie-Obi, for hosting the people of the area for a get-together party tagged “victory party for Ihedioha”.
The victory party which took place at the country home of Comr.DaddyBoy,attracted so many political dignitaries from across the political wards of Owerri West LGA especially executive members of the party at the wards and LGA levels, who collectively extolled and commended the young DaddyBoy for his financial, moral and electioneering supports towards the current Imo PDP celebrated victory in the state,even as they (party members) vowed to project and support him to be fully engaged into active/elective political positions as a young vibrant man who has passion for his political vision.
The PDP Nekede Ward 7, Hon.Finian Onyewuchi Emeneyonu, and the Ward Secretary, Hon. Prince Udoka Uwaleke, in their separate speeches, jointly expressed satisfaction to have a reasonable young man like DaddyBoy desiring to serve his people in active politics.
The Party Ward Chairman, Emeneyeonu, and his Secretary, Uwaleke, therefore appealed to the people of Owerri West and the people of Ward 7 (Nekede) to ensure they are always in his support at all times.
They assured DaddyBoy that PDP under the watch of ImoGovElect, Rt.Hon.Ihedioha, that he must be carried along, so as to encourage his political ambitions and aspiration.
“We as a people with peace, unity, and love shall always project Hon.Comr.Uchenna Mezie-Obi, aka “DaddyBoy” into active politics. We would not let him down. We must always educate him not to forget to partner and collaborate with the grassroots. DaddyBoy worked very harder for the victory of PDP and Ihedioha last March 2019 polls. As a promising young man who has disclosed his intents in politics, we shall push him until he succeeds. Because of his financial contributions towards the last polls, we have anonymously elevated him as an automatic leader for his active electioneering roles played during the last general polls held in Imo”, he submitted.
“We are celebrating the victory party of Ihedioha because we won and delivered 5/5 during the last general polls. We are very sure that the PDP 2019 Presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, clearly won the polls. But we are hoping that our mandate would be reclaimed through the legal process (court) in no distant time.
“We (PDP) succeeded and won our elections because as a chairman, I created 18 political units and formed 20-man Executives of PDP in the 22 booths in Nekede. We were able to have gotten at least 5 votes from each family in the ward.3 chapters created in Nekede. We are calling on the people of Nekede and Ward 7 to remain steadfast with Ihedioha”, he noted.
Adding his own voice, the celebrated young political magnate, Hon.Comr.Uchenna Mezie-Obi, aka DaddyBoy, thanked the people of Nekede Ward 7 and extolled the entire people of Owerri West for gathering for the 2019 Ihedioha’s Guber victory, courtesy of his political goodwill.
DaddyBoy, said, “though I am not gathering my people for my own political interest, rather we are together just to celebrate the recent Guber victory party and to make merry”.
Hon. Uchenna, further called on his people mostly those in politics to remain committed with PDP, even as he expressed optimism that the “Rebuild Imo Mission Agenda” of Ihedioha would favor the masses in the state.
He, however, disclosed that he decided to celebrate the victory of Imo Gov.Elect because his victory has been seen by many people as liberation to the people of the state, even as he called and appealed the people of Owerri West to ensure they are carried along in the forthcoming administration.
DaddyBoy described Owerri West and Nekede people as peacemakers, very accommodating and hardworking, but insisted that the people of the area remains united and steadfast towards the growth and progress of the council.
DaddyBoy said ” for the love of PDP, I will continue to dole out my moral and financial support to the growth and development of Owerri West and PDP”, he boasted.
He said, ” Imo State under the government of Ihedioha, people would rejoice again in the state”.
The father of DaddyBoy, Prof.Ken Mezie-Obi, who is also the former PDP LGA Secretary in Owerri West, in his words, commended his second son, DaddyBoy, for his kind gesture for celebrating Ihedioha and his victory.
He more called on Owerri west to stick into the government of Ihedioha, immediately after the official swearing-in-ceremony, come May 29th, 2019.
The University Don, Prof. Mezie-Obi, further extolled the Imo Gov.Elect, Ihedioha for his 2019 and charged him to always of the people of Owerri West and Imo State in general in his appointment and other activities in his leadership policies.
He promised to support the govt. of Ihedioha at all times.
Meanwhile, the elder brother to DaddyBoy, Mr. Kelechi Mezie-Obi, a lecturer at Ebonyi State, commended Imo PDP and the people of the state for speaking in one positive voice by ensuring the successful Guber polls outcome which brought in the Imo Gov.Elect, Emeka Ihedioha as the winner.
Mr.Kelechi, also encouraged his younger brother for actively engaging himself into politics, even as he wished him well, but called and appealed to the people of Owerri West to back his political aspirations up positively.
