2 Students Of Nasarawa Varsity, Others Die In Fatal Accident

Four of the nine passengers in a Sharon bus traveling to Abuja that engaged in a fatal accident near Ungye stream in  Doma Local Government Council of Nasarawa State have died at the Dalhatu Araf Specialists Hospital Lafia.

Two of the dead passengers are said to be students of the Nasarawa State University Keffi a woman who is the Head Teacher of the Roman Catholic Church, RCM primary school Doma as well the driver who was involved in a rough driving along the many have gone.

The deceased was on Thursday conveyed to the Dalhatu Araf Specialists Hospital Lafia after the Sharon vehicle, that is one out of the three commuter vehicles somersaulted as a result of reckless driving at a sharp bent resulting in the accident.

An Eye-witness account attributed the road mishap to reckless overtaking by the driver at the black spot.

He lamented the manner some underaged persons were allowed to drive, sometimes with passengers on attachment while driving.

At the time of filling this report, Some of the surviving passengers are still at the Intensive care unit / Emergency and Accident Unit of the Dalhati Araf Specialists Hospital.
