Widow In Nasarawa State Send SOS To Governor Sule, Senator Onawo,Wadada, And Reps Nalaraba, My House At The Brink Of Collapsing

A Widow In Dadin’Kowa,Sabon Gari electoral ward of Doma Local Government Area of Nasarawa State, Habiba Yahaya AKA Gogo Talata has sent a Save Our Soul Message to Nasarawa State Governor, Engineer Abdullahi Sule, Senator  Mohammed Ogoshi Onawo, Senator representing Nasarawa South Senatorial district (PDP), Senator Ahmed Aliyu Wadada, representing Nasarawa West Senatorial District (SDP) and Member House of Representatives Representing Awe/Doma/Keana Federal Constituency, Honorable Abubakar Hassan Nararaba (APC) to come to her rescue by providing an alternative shelter to her building which was at the brink of collapsing.

The widow whose house was excised from her neighbours by gully erosion pleaded with all politicians and the affluent in the State and county to come to her aid before her house which was at the pang of collapsing consumed her.

In an exclusive interview with Universal Reporters Online, Gogo Talata averred that she has nowhere to go and has nobody to bring succor to her present trepidation.

“My abode was excised from everybody for years now and I don’t have anywhere to go to or anyone to go to currently except the above politicians that I’m thinking of help may come from them”.

Gogo Talata also appealed to the Nasarawa State Governor, Engineer Abdullahi Sule to address the gully erosion that ravaged the area causing untold hardship to people within that axis.

“Your Excellency I’m aware of all your good programs and policies like the massive road networks, both rural and urban road projects, connecting communities to the national grid, rescuing the education sector, and massive employment opportunities, I pleaded with you to extend same to less privilege ones like me, I’m wallowing in pains, agony especially with this windstorm during rainfall “She further cried out.

She further said the devastation caused by gully erosion has inflicted more preponderance to her present situation, Saying people don’t cross over to her abode due to the rising waves of running waters left, right and center.

“I’m into business, in short as a petty trader I used to sell charcoal and sugar cane but because of the terrain to my house even children are afraid of going to my house “She added.
