In the wake of mounting distrust in the real estate sector due to a surge in uncertified and fraudulent land projects and investments, WEPHCO has emerged as a game-changing force committed to restoring investor confidence.
Chief Executive Officer and Founder, WEPH and CO group, Harvey Nwachuku while speaking in Abuja at the signing of their new ambassador stated that by providing verified, government-approved real estate opportunities in Nigeria and diaspora WEPHCO aims to create a secure investment ecosystem that bridges the gap between need and trust—reviving hope for sustainable development in the community.
Nwachuku explained that Nigeria’s housing deficit has come as a loss in trust in investing in the real estate industry but assured that the organization will bridge not only the housing deficit gap but assure investment trust for investors in Nigeria and the diaspora.
“In recent years, we heard about what happened between the UAE and Nigerians.
“They lost about $300 million by Nigerians who invested in UAE through the first group. And we also heard that a lot of diasporas who have invested in Nigeria. And have lost millions of dollars because of unsecured transactions.
“This is where WEPHCO come to play a real game-changing impact in the community. To help these people to obtain trust in investing locally and diaspora.”.
Emphasizing their contributions to reducing housing deficit, Nwachuku said “We have already come to cut down the third party business in the real estate industry. That’s why we’re a brokerage firm. So there won’t be any third party that is causing inflation in the housing industry. So by doing so, people will be able to acquire property at its main price and people will be able to sell property at its main price.
“So cutting down that third party business that brings inflation to the housing industry will be bridged. And security, assurance and authenticity will be restored. Okay, so your last words, talking to Nigerians now, as regards the organization and the housing sector generally.”. he added
Brand Ambassador, Keleb Nwubani on his part stated that WEPHCO thrives on trust and transparency adding that the firm has housing opportunities for every class of people both in Nigeria and diaspora.
“We thrive on two things. There’s trust and transparency with the client. And also we come from a tailored approach.
“So we’ll always have something for any class of client. So it’s not only a hire, every class is available. And we are going to make sure we have something available for every class.”.
