The presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress APC, Gen Mohammad Buhari has said that, his party has been organised to transform Nigeria by reviving the country’s industries, that will, properly utilize the country’s mineral resources as well as lure foreign investors with a view to create job opportunities for the teeming populace if elected in the forth coming general elections.
He made the promise at the party’s presidential rally in Gombe today, saying his administration if elected, will also focus on developing the agricultural sector, as well as education in other to build a future for the younger generation.
Buhari also vowed to deal with corruption as well as bring about transformation to the country, and properly tackle the ongoing insecurity which he said has been in the country for too long, as well as sweep away all corruption in the country.
In his remarks, the party national chairman, Chief John Odigie commended the good reception accorded to the party’s presidential candidate and his entourage; he said the warm reception was a symbol of massive support for the party.
He however called on the people to massively support the party by coming out to vote for their candidates. Adding that the party has been able to keep all the promises it made.
On his part, the state party leader Sen. Danjuma Mohammad Goje has called on the people not to be intimidated by anything but strive to ensure that the party has won elections at all levels.

According to him, the PDP lead government has failed to bring the much needed development in the state, he said he ruling party PDP has been known for its numerous failed promises.
