Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq said his administration has put necessary measures in place to promote theatre arts in the state.

Governor AbdulRaman stated this Monday when he received officials of Nigerian Theatre Art Practitioners, ANTP led by its president, Mr Adewale Elesho.

Represented by his Deputy Mr Kayode Alabi, the Governor said when the Ilorin Innovation Hub and Visual Arts Center is completed, the association would benefit immensely from the project. He said it will also create jobs for the youths, promote creativity and sustain growth.

The centre, AbdulRazaq said, is a purpose-built cultural museum of visual and cinematic arts, with post-production studio facilities, galleries, and screening space, among others.
