Two former Governors of Nasarawa State, Senator Abdullahi Adamu who doubles as the immediate past National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress, and the immediate past Governor of the State, Umaru Tanko Al-Makura have debunked alleged cacophony amongst them and the incumbent Governor, Engineer Abdullahi Sule.

The two former Governors put rumors of the alleged misunderstanding to rest when they met with Engineer Abdullahi Sule at the Government House recently.

Abdullahi Adamu and Senator Umaru Tanko Al-Makura were at the seat of power to discuss issues relating to the ongoing appeal court case between the ruling All Progressives Congress and the Gubernatorial candidate of the  opposition political party, The People’s Democratic Party., David Emmanuel Onbugadu .

The two leaders reaffirmed their commitment to the development of the State and total support to the present administration of Abdullahi  Sule.

In their words, the speculations of a soured relationship between the leaders, exist only in the imagination of people who do not mean well for the State.

It could be recalled that there were a series of allegations raised over a sour relationship between the two former Governors and the incumbent Governor.

Universal Reporters Online reports that the two formers were inside the High Court Lafia, The courtroom where supporters of APC Governor, Engineer Abdullahi Sule and David Ombugadu of PDP were seated and watching the Judgement of the Gubernatorial seat.
