Vunobolki Re-Joins PDP With  Over 3,000 Supporters

Maurice Vunobolki a frontline aspirant under the All Progressives Congress APC has returned to People’s Democratic Party along side a host of his supporters and loyalist for the second time.

Vunobolki announced his return to PDP during a press briefing held at his campaign office on Thursday in Yola.

He explained that his decision to return to PDP was based on the party’s open and inclusive platform, he further described the party as a platform that upholds internal democracy and one that encouraged constructive engagement and allows and allows individuals to freely express and pursue their aspirations without undue limitation.

“I together with about 3000 of my supporters across the state,have accordingly completed our e-registration as of 19th of April, 2026”

It could be recalled that Vunobolki had resigned from the All Progressives Congress on 14th of April where he alleged lack of fairness and voters registration manipulation by the party

Vunobolki maintained that he remained steadfast in contributing meaningfully to the growth and progress of Adamawa state through transparent leadership, inclusive governance and politics that expands opportunities for youth, women and Grassroots communities.

Responding to journalist on the PDP’s internal crisis and what faction of the party he belongs to,Vunobolki maintained that PDP still remained one party, undivided.
