The Late Omaku Dogara
The Nasarawa State Correspondent of universalreporters247.com from Nasarawa State, Rabiu Omaku’s father had died.
Dogara Omaku died in the early hours of Friday in Doma after a protracted illness.
The late Dogara Omaku was born in Doma Local Government of Nasarawa state in 1947.
He is an ex- service man who served in the Nigeria Army as a military police before he retired in 1979 due to health challenges.
He served in Abakiliki the headquarters of Umuahia and Ogoja in Cross river states respectively.
He however after retirement from the Nigeria Army joined the service of Doma Local Government as a tractor mate and was subsequently promoted as a tractor operator with the Agric Department.
He retired from the service of Doma Local Government in April 2016, has since been buried.
He left behind 8 children, 15 grandchildren.
