More Trouble For Langtang Management Committee Chairman, Dan Dull Over Non Payment Legal Fees

The Management Committee Chairman of Langtang North Local Government Council (LGC), Hon. Daniel Dul has been dragged to the Plateau state High Court over nonpayment of legal fees which has been for several years.

The fresh problem this medium gathered has prompted the Plateau State High Court who has ordered him to pay the Counsel that represented him in the last Local Government Tribunal in the state, it would be recalled that Dan Dull went to court after the last Local Government election conducted by former Governor Jonah David Jang administration that declared Hon Nanmwa Kumzhi winner.

Universalreporters247.com gathered that the Tribunal had returned him as the lawful winner of the election.

It was revealed that Dan Dul’s defected to the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) who swore him in as elected chairman.

Since then he abandoned his counsel as he refused to pay up the counsel’s fee hence, he was dragged to court.
