The Chairman of the Social Democratic Party,(SDP) , Plateau State Chapter, Hon. Dogara Abubakar has scored the beginning of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s appointment high as a clear demonstration of commitment and readiness to provide better leadership to Nigeria.
Dogara made this disclosure during his Sallah message to Nigerian in Jos, saying that Tinubu has shown Nigerian that he is fully ready for the job.
He said, that with the recent appointment, every sector and every angle including the geopolitical zones of the country is been carried alone and the ethnic groups are involved.
Abubakar Dogara stressed,” I don’t think that there is any President since the return of democracy in 1999 till date that will think within 100 days have hold meeting with stakeholders and critical stakeholders in the country.
He explained further that Mr. President has held meetings with students Union body economy, traditional rulers and political bigwigs to stimulate the growth and development of the country.
According to Dogara , the country Nigeria is now on the track of recovery by the special grace of God if the president continues with this Nigeria will be a better place to live.
He called on Nigerian to rally support for the incumbent government and pray for the country because prayer is the key.
He urged citizens to display commitment towards the country’s constitution, we should just be prayerful and show loyalty to the incumbent government and shun negative calling for separatists because this won’t help us to grow.
We are one people, one country, and says no to any division, he also appealed that killers don’t know the religion or the tribe and political party including his ethnic groups before killing him or her.
Dogara lamented that if Plateau state failed we all failed but if Plateau or the country progress we all progress so therefore I employ all and sundry to continue to promote peaceful coexistence amongst us .
He said that he has exhibited political maturity to demonstrate his readiness to deliver the dividends of democracy.
