Over 5,000 persons scrabble for Tina Bawa ministries international in Qua’anpan Local Government Area of Plateau state to received free medical attention and free screening exercise at Kwande primary health care center.
Tina Bawa ministries international medical mission has donated forty (40) wheelchairs to disabled persons and free medical outreach in Kwande and its environs north-central , Nigeria .
Tina Bawa disclosed this at Kwande primary health center of Qua’anpan Local Government Area ,said the program will last for five days to reach out to less privilege persons who cannot access quality health care and buy drugs with medical attention.
She maintained that the team of medical personnels were brought in Nigeria and outside targeting 3,500 persons as beneficiary from the free medical exercise.
Mrs Tina Bawa noted that the mission is in collaboration with Peter Bawa foundation to commensurate 58 years birthday of her husband in partnership with united states medical outreach..
Mrs Bawa appealed to good Nigerian home and abroad to start with little by supporting the less privilege in society toward given them hope and sense of belonging.
According to her, the yearly programme which is more of charity work to the people for free medical outreach and management of malaria ,child killers diseases that will be carry out in the day time screening people then by evening they listen to God word as part of the mission to help lives.
Mrs Tina Bawa reiterated that the ministries which started way back in 1999 and moved to begin charity work in 2004 to reach out widows who are into petty businesses make them send their children to school to be good leaders.
She added they are not getting support from any quarter but from her own business and that of her husband support which 80 %of the income went into the project.
We embark on free eye screening exercise and donations of free medical service to help the people of Kwande and the neighbouring communities toward the prevention of rural killer diseases.
There are various departments which include dispensary, consultations, and beds to admit patients who are suffering from chronic illnesses.
Also training the rural populace on major symptoms of infection diseases like fever, cough weight loss blood ,chest pain, hypertension control and sexual transmitted infection.
One of the beneficiary Mr Gambo Hassan expressed happiness to the support given them by Tina Bawa ministries international for the kind gesture .
We saw love and kindness from our beloved mother had not been used her resources to toward rehabilitation of less privilege like us.
According to him, this wheelchair had gave hope , for years nobody care to visit us and know our plight may God bless her for this blessing.
