Tallen Receives Encomium For Donating Rams, Bags Of Rices To Muslim Community In Plateau

The former Deputy Governor of Plateau state now Minister Federal Republic of Nigeria  ,Hon Mrs Pauline Tallen has congratulated the Muslim Ummah on the celebration of ID  El -Kabir Day scheduled for Sunday across the globe as the sacrifice to the peaceful coexistence of people in the world .

The member representing Jos North-North Constituency, Rt ,Hon Ibrahim Baba-Hassan stated this in a statement made available to Journalists in Jos ,Plateau state .

He thanked the Hon Minister federal republic of Nigeria ,Mrs. Pauline Tallen for donating Rams ,bags of Rice and others cooking facilities worth millions of  naira to the Muslims community in the state .

According to him ,Mrs. Tallen has done enough for the wellbeing of Muslims ummah especially in period of festivity were the general population of Muslims are in dire need to celebrate with their beloved ones.

He said ,Tallen statement ,”It is with great pleasure that I heartily congratulate the entire Muslim Ummah in general and members of the African Union Muslim Community in particular as you celebrate this year’s ID  El -Kabir  marking the end of the Holy month .

She said, I know that this period has been a very special one of prayers, devotion as you have continued to support the less fortunate through charity and those struggling through various socio-economic and political difficulties.

Mrs. Pauline Tallen disclosed that ,she hope that this sacred time serves as a reminder of our joint responsibility to end the suffering of those experiencing senseless conflicts and violence, here in Africa and elsewhere in the world.

She maintained that, “It is our shared responsibility to collectively uphold peace and pursue justice for all our peoples”.

My best wishes of good health, happiness, peace and prosperity to you all and your respective families, she added.

Mrs Pauline Tallen explained further that the Sallah celebration would bring out the best in the life of the faithful because it teaches the brotherhood of man and how that can be deepened through acts of charity and universal love.

She called on all to see that such a time and season could not have come at a better time than this present moment when Nigeria needs healing.

Mrs. Pauline Tallen stressed that the time that our intertwined destiny is revealed to us as a people. I pray that the lessons of this season would overwhelm any impulse to divide and may it lead to an impetus to unite us.

They Muslims commended her for demonstrating love and understanding in display of kindness to all mankind.
