David Hassan Authority of Gombe Matrix International Academy said the school has donated items inorder to alleviate the suffering of orphanage home in the state. Head of the school Mr. Dominic Ijiga Edache stated this yesterday in Gombe while briefing newsmen. He said the school found it necessary to key into this initiative programme to assist the less privileged who has no mean of livelihood. According to him the items which include boards, kettles, blankets, soap and detergents bags of beans sugar, salt among others was meant to alleviate the suffering of orphanage within Gombe and environs. Speaking further, Edache said the school earmarked hundred of thousands to purchase items inorder to assist the less privilege. While commenting the Initiative he said the school will also visit maternity ward at the Specialist Hospital to settle bills of those who are unable to settle their outstandings.
