T Y. Danjuma Bribed INEC With N2 Billion In Favour Of PDP In Taraba-APC Alleges By Tom Garba,Yola
The All Progressives Congress, APC, in Taraba state are alleging that the former Minister Of Defence, Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma may have induced INEC not to declare Senator Aishatu Jummai Alhassan who is the gubernatorial candidate of APC winner of the last guber poll in the state.
The Youth mobilisation leader of Aisha campaign, Comrade Bala Abubakar Maina who spoke to our correspondent at the private residence of Senator Aisha Alhassan in Jalingo alleged that INEC collected a whopping N2 Billion in the interest of People Democracy Party, PDP in Taraba, which is having a candidate many believe is the political anointed son of TY Danjuma.
Comrade Bala said no matter the evil arrangement of PDP to rig in this election it cannot work because they already have their permutations that they are the supposed winner of April 11th Polls. The rerun election is still going to show as all hands are on desk to see that the APC mandate in the state is not truncated by PDP as they are told that people like T Y Danjuma are the ones behind all the political problems in the state.
“I am assuring you with their TY Danjuma and the bribing money Senator Aisha Jummai Alhassan, Maman Taraba insha Allah will certainly be the next governor of the state”. Bala said
In swift reaction the secretary of Arch. Darius Yakubu campaign organisation, Mr Nelson Lens accused APC of being indifferent to accept the fact that Taraba is a PDP state, undoubtedly is certainly going to be a PDP State when the rerun election finally takes place in the affected areas that made the election was pronounced inconclusive by INEC
Nelson exonerates T Y Danjuma as he said he doesn’t has any affair with the PDP in the state as well as that TY Danjuma didn’t bribe INEC with any N2 Billion, as he described him as a father to everybody in Taraba and Nigeria as a country his duty is the see Nigeria is in peace not only Taraba.
“TY is too big for this allegation, with our candidate who is already a marketable and saleable candidate, Arch. Darius did his homework very well, he has been nice to the people of Taraba even before his venturing into politics,” Nelson said
According to him APC people are the ones that collaborated with INEC and the REC not to declared PDP the winner of the previous guber polls, when they saw that the PDP is already leading with over fifty thousand votes.
He also accused the returning officer of being an instrument working against PDP in Taraba, after announcing to the whole world that the winner of the guber election will be announced by 2pm that day but only to cancel some results from Donga LGA which is a PDP strong hold at the end of the day about six LGAs were affected.
“To my believe if the whole results should be in favor of APC they would have collaborated and declare them the winner of the election” .He added
