Sudan Vs Nasko: Gov. Babangida Aliyu Plans To Bribe A Federal High Court Judge With N250 Million By Zainab Jacob

Emerging story emanating from sources in the Federal High Court in Abuja regarding the Niger state Peoples’ Democratic Party’s gubernatorial candidate, Alhaji Umar Nasko reveals that Governor Aliyu is on his way to ‘Process as usual.’
After the consequent hearing of the Subject matter in Abuja, there is an alleged indication that reveals that there is an attempt by the Niger state government to bribe the Judge (names withheld) with the sum of 250,000 million naira to subvert the course of justice by ensuring that his tainted anointed candidate emerges victorious from the judgment.

Our investigations further reveals that base on testimonies from some officials of the PDP at the National level and lawyers of the party, there are indications that the PDP has accepted that there flaws in the entire Kangaroo primary election held at the Justice Legbo Kutigi International Conference centre, Minna.

The kangaroo process which was also best described as a stage managed primary, was indeed stage managed, because an eye witness who is also a delegate said “The chief servant was the first to give his ballot paper to the agent of Alhaji Umar Nasko, Kantigi to write his name after which all delegates were ordered to follow the same queue” an act that contradicts section 9 and 10 of the electoral process.”

Frightened by this development, Governor Mua’zu Babangida Aliyu who has been jittery since the court declaration has quickly moved to Abuja to see whether his attempt to bribe the Judge as alleged to do their bidding might succeed.

Will the judge succumb? Let’s keep our fingers cross.
