Speaker, Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Danladi Jatau , has condoled with the New Nigria Peoples Party Gubernatorial Candidate Alh. Abdullahi Yakubu Maidoya over the death of his wife Hajiya. Sa’ida Saidu Galadima.
Speaker Jatau while condoling Alhaji Maidoya at his abode in Lafia, urged him to take solace in God.
” On behalf of myself, family, principal officers, Hon. Members, and staff of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, we are here to condole with you over the death of your beloved wife.
” We can’t question God why he took her life at this time as God gives life and takes at will. Please take heart, it is the will of God
” May her soul rest in absolute perfect peace,” the Speaker added.
The Speaker also urged Maidoya and the entire family to see her death as an act of God.
He further prayed to God to forgive her shortcomings and grant her soul eternal rest.
Responding, Abdullahi Yakubu Maidoya appreciated the Speaker and his entourage for identifying with them at this trial moment.
He prayed to God to bless the Speaker and grant them a safe Journey to their various destinations.
It would be reported that the condolence visit had in attendance the Deputy Speaker, Hon Mohammed Adamu Oyanki, Hon Larry Ben-Bawa, Hon Solomon Yakubu Akwashiki, Hon Musa Saidu Gude, Hon Sa’ad Ibrahim Abdullahi, Hon Isimbabi among others.
