Shocker: Only 200 Women Group In Nasarawa State Will Benefit From Aisha Buhari’s Loan–Investigation

The current report from the Nasarawa State ministry of women affairs has revealed that only 200 women group was enlisted as those to benefit from the loan of the wife of the President, Aisha Muhammad Buhari.

Insider from the ministry under anonymity maintained that over 50,000 women group cut across the thirteen local governments and Development Areas applied for the loan.

Feeler from the ministry of women affairs averred that majority of those that applied were not enlisted in the loan instead selected few were shortlisted.

There were series of complaint that those vested with the assignment politicized the whole issues,as they said some Local  Government were favoured more than the others.

Pundit unveiled that the arrow head of the program at Abuja office favoured his Local Government which is Toto more than other Local Government which got only one slut ,others got two ,while others did not got single slut.

The complainants accused the former commissioner ministry for women affairs, Eunice Kigbu for giving space for proliferation of forms at the ministry as they said vast of the forms were photocopy forms giving room for middlemen taken over the initiative of Nigerian first lady.

The incumbent commissioner ministry of women affairs, Hon.Mary Emwogulu declined any comment on the matter but confirmed that in no distance time the disbursement would commence soon.

“Our problem as a ministry is not about the disbursement of the loan but how do we retrieve the loan from the beneficiaries is our major preponderance”.

“By next week we will have a critical stakeholders conference on the issue before disbursement commences”, said Emwogulu.

Further investigation revealed majority of the women that open new accounts has resorted to the withdrawal of money from their account.
