Senator Jeremiah Tumbut Useni has said that President Muhammadu Buhari the right things to put Nigeria on track as; “prosperity awaits the future of the country.”

He said there is lot dirt in the country, which requires cleansing for it to be good, calling on Nigerians to think well for the oneness of the country.

Senator Useni stated this on Saturday evening at his Jos residence in his goodwill message during an independence anniversary get together organized at his instance.

“What President Buhari is doing is good, and we must support what his doing,” Useni said. “Nigeria is so dirty, and so those that are thinking differently they are deceiving themselves.”

The senator said senators are also doing their best and Nigeria will soon get out of its hardships that it is into.

According to Useni the anniversary is being celebrated in a low key; “so that we can meet and think more on how to keep Nigerian one.”

“Celebrating October 1st is paramount because it was a day of self-emancipation from the dependent rules of our colonialist, who had been at the helm of our inherent affairs, including absolute control of our Commonwealth.

“The journey so far has been so tough, yet the achievements are enormous  and un-quantifiable to mention, hence the reasons why we must celebrate with absolute appreciation to Almighty God, for HIS guidance, protection and keeping us as one indivisible nation,” he said.

Senator Useni said with genuine political will, sincerity of purpose and; “togetherness we can do better as a nation despite all odds disturbing our nation-hood, having being able to surmount our past challenges.”

While felicitating with President Muhammadu Buhari (GCFR), Senate President Abubakar Bukola Saraki, Governor of Plateau State Simon Bako Lalong, as well as the entire Nigerian’s, Useni implored all Nigerian’s to collectively strive hard towards attaining; “greatness for prosperity awaits the future of the country.”

Useni explained that it is nonsense for politicians to resort to fighting each other on the basis of political differences that is all about interest, adding that he organized the  get together not on the basis of politics.

He urged Nigerians and the People of Plateau State to embrace one another and promote the course of peace.
