Senator Daduut Recorded The Worst Performance In National Assembly-Group

A group under the aegis of Plateau South APC Renaissance Movement (PSAPCRM) has lambasted the Senator who represented Plateau, Southern senatorial district in the 9^th Assembly Senator Nora Daduut as the worst in the history of the red chamber in Nigeria without a single project and a bill sponsored under her stewardship.

The group alleged that the immediate past Senator representing Plateau South at the National Assembly Senator Nora Daduut in the 9th Assembly is unfriendly and has poor performance while in the Senate.

The group led by its Chairman Hon George Yilji, in a statement made available to reporters in Jos, slammed the APC Senator, for allegedly failing to perform her duties effectively.

“Since her inauguration in December 2020, we have been keen watchers of her conduct and performances which are rather characterized by the pursuit of personal gains; insensitivity to Constituents’ plight; lack of consultation, and poor communication with constituents.”

They alleged that Daduut failed, neglected, and refused to use her office to attract commensurate projects to the constituency.

“We as a group are expressing our dissatisfaction over their lawmaker’s performance since coming on board as the Senator of the constituency.”

“Throughout the period, Senator Daduut never deemed it fit to call for a constituency meeting, she represented only her interest and pocket and that of her family .”

They also accused her of anti-party activities during the 2023 Presidential and Governorship election in the state.

” The statement added that ‘” The People of the district were very disturbed that the Senator, who was given the opportunity to represent the Plateau South  Senatorial District at the National Assembly under the  party,   later became   engaged in a number of anti-party activities, thereby undermining efforts being put in place by the  party members to win the 2023 election.”

” We as a group insist that Senator Daduut did not work for the party in the last election and we call on President Bola Tinubu not to reward her with any political appointment.”

The Legislator who did not impact positively the people of Plateau South, We are concerned that Daduut having benefited from the ruling party failed to contribute to the success of APC in 2023.

According to the group, characters like Senator Daduut “should not be tolerated in or around our party or considered for another political appointment.

“To begin with, if there is anyone who has contributed nothing to building the APC in Plateau state, but has unjustifiably profited enormously from the party, that person is Senator Nora Daduut .

Having been elected under the platform of the APC, her anti-party activities as well as poor performance did not go well with the people of the Southern Zone, hence why she was always booed during most APC  stakeholders meeting.

“We called on President Bola Tinubu to ignore those who worked against the party (APC) in the last general elections.”

” Rather than be considered for appointments, we call on the party APC at the national to impose maximum sanction on her.”
