No fewer than 152 laptop were distributed to participants at a one day training workshop on Information Communication Technology organized by the Senator representing Nasarawa South Senatorial district, Senator Mohammed Ogoshi Onawo.

The workshop was in collaboration with the National Productivity Centre, Abuja,
He said the participants cut across the five Local Governments of Awe, Doma, Lafia, Keana and Obi. He gave the hint during an exclusive interview with Journalists at the De 1st Crown Luxury Hotel, Lafia.
Senator Onawo opined that the training was in fulfillment of his campaign covenant with the constituents by equipping them with ICT training ranging from graphic design, software development and amongst others.

The participants were taught on how to boost one’s business with digital marketing.
The facilitator, Emmanuel Oche also taught the 152 participants on which channel to log in for online marketing, Which he described as the most fastest means of marketing using Jumia, Cheke Motors etc.
Also a facilitator, Emmanuel Akala taught the participants on graphic design, software development.
The representative of the Director General of National Productivity Centre, Abuja, Imuson Mojisola commended the Senator for organizing such a capacity building for constituents.
“Count yourself as a very lucky constituents attending this result oriented programme”.
She described the engagement as a value addition to enhanced productivity by digitalizing products.
The training workshop ended with fanfare as all the participants were allocated a Lenovo laptop each.
Some of the participants appreciated the Senator for the knowledge and gift of laptop each.
