Revealed: How Suspected Thieves Break Into Jigawa Commissioner For Finance’s Office, Made Away With Desktop Computer Containing Vital Govt Information

The office of the Commissioner of Finance Jigawa State, Alhaji Umar Nimadi Kafin Hausa has been destroyed by suspects believed to be thieves who carried away important valuable documents on the night of Thursday 5/10/2017. As learnt by this medium, some government officials may be involved in the scandal this is our findings reveals that an investigation is at the moment ongoing.

The office security guard guarding the office of the Commissioner Malam Salisu Limawa universalreporters247.com reveals that he is now on the run as all his handset are switched off and he is now nowhere to be found, sources tell this medium that the police are now hunting for runaway security guard in order to arrest him.

According to information obtained by this medium, said the thieves broke the office through the window of his admin secretary’s office and made their way to the commissioner’s office and took away desktop computer which contains top government information.

Aside the office of the Commissioner this medium also learnt further that the office of the Accountant General of the ministry where they took away another computer which contains valuable information on finance, the suspected robbers also searched for other items, even as it was gathered that nothing was removed out of the offices they searched.

Curiously findings by our reporter reveal that a brand new computer set inside the commissioner’s office and a Plasma Television Set inside all the offices they entered none was removed, making suspicious that Commissioner’s office attackers may not after all be thieves.

It was gathered that, the financial value of the stolen computers will cost up to N280, 000, sources told this medium the case is now at Dutse Police division for investigation.

When contacted the Police Public Relation Officer SP Audu Jinjiri confirmed the incidence but said they are yet to receive any signal from Dutse Division where the complaint was reported.
